I only have had it back a few days, and will be going out of town with it tomorrow, but so far I’m definitely pleased with the Ferman Brandon Collision experience. You all were great at getting me the initial paperwork and then keeping me updated each day via text. True, my insurance was paying for my rental, so I wasn’t stressed about how long it may or may not take to fix. But, from reading up on things, I didn’t expect it to be done sooner than it was. And I appreciate that you all took the effort to get the headlight situation squared away. It was a relief that you and State Farm handled all with the claim, given that you all weren’t a preferred provider. So glad I didn’t opt for a generic collision chain! The car looks fantastic. And it looks to me that it was detailed, which I appreciate. Thanks for doing a great job all-around.
