Ida was amazing . Answered my questions whenever I had one and kept us updated every step of the way. We are so very impressed with Ferman Collision-Lutz. We have used another collision center in the past and it was a nightmare . We are still fighting for them to take accountability for their mistakes on our daughter’s car .
