Friendly easy drop off experience. Rental was there & waiting. Updates got a little confusing as one text stated it was ready while another stated it was not requiring a phone to confirm which was correct. Pick up was quick, perhaps even a little too rushed

Be sure the final detailing is checked for completeness. I had to bring my car back because whatever was used to clean my windows on the inside splashed onto the door panels and dried leaving lots of dry splash residue on three of the four doors. Thankfully Tom helped right away. He's the best!

I have to give Miss Teresa a HUGE thank you ! When I brought my car in I had just been in an accident and was not anywhere near my normal self and Miss Teresa was absolutely so caring and amazing ! She made every step of the process very easy . I will always be grateful for her care and genuine concern . Thank you so much . It's not very often that you find someone who really makes you feel safe and taken care of as she did .
