My daughter got into an accident recently. After googling/yelping a reputable body shop, I chose Ferrari Brothers In Monrovia. I had been to too many mediocre body shops around my area, so I was skeptical. Upon my arrival, Steve was quick to inspect the vehicles, explained to me the scheduling and repair process in great details. He was patient and knowledeable in all aspects. He proceeded to order the parts and told me to bring the car back when parts arrived since there was a part shortage everywhere. After 1-2 weeks, parts came in and I took the car in, and that's when the difference between good and mediocre shops began. Steve updated me every other day to keep me inform of the progress in great details. He gave me an estimate completion day, and he got my car completed on time! Repair job was also top notched. i would not hesitate to take my cars to Steve for all future body work. Thank you Steve, good job!

I can't even begin to explain how pleased I am with the service I received here. Does it sound strange if I say I can't wait to crash it again so I can bring it back to Ferrari Brothers, this wasy first crash in 18 years after all? The car was perfect, but having been a customer here many many moons ago when the car was attacked by a key, I can say I didn't expect anything but utter perfection. I am a very detail oriented person and very very much so with my prized 600hp Jaguar. I would never trust it to anyone but Ferrari Brothers.
