First of all I was very fortunate to work with such a professional team . Steve is a master consultant . He is very open and transparent. There are no hidden fees for curveballs. Everything is upfront. Communication and professionalism are some of his traits. when I picked up my vehicle,I was impressed that Steve took the time to explainmost of the work that was done. Without making it too technical and too boring. it would have seemed as if Steve jumped hoops to have my rental picked up. I appreciate everything that he did.
