Everyone was very very nice especially Steve who worked with me through the whole thing. He treated me like royalty as if I actually had a Ferrari thank you to Steve you’re awesome. I would highly recommend this collision center to anyone if they want to be treated very very well and as if they just landed from being printer printer, Duchess was really greatly appreciated. I've never been more impressed by everything from the first interaction with you all. From the get-go Jeff was phenomenal with his feedback, follow up and professionalism. And once I decided to work with you all, Steve was remarkable. His customer service was so far above anything I've experienced. He went out of his way so many times to do things that he didn't need to do. His communication was incredible. And the car came out looking great. Honestly it looks better than it has in a long time, not just the body work you did but the way you cleaned it up and delivered it back to me was outstanding. Excellent customer service; curteous and welcomig, provided explanation of required repairs and timeliness of services, maintain communication regarding services and updates of progress, completed repairs in timely manner with life time warranty and provided follow up to insure that customer was satisfied. Most importantly did not release vehicle until the car had been tested and was in safe and proper condition.
