I am very thankful for the great service I received at Ferrari Collision Center. My son had a car accident, and it was a stressful situation for us as a family, but Steve went above and beyond to make the process easier. From the first moment, he was very professional, kind, and patient in explaining everything clearly so that I could feel confident about the repairs. He always kept me updated on the progress, answered all of my questions, and truly cared about making sure the job was done right. The car came back looking brand new, and the quality of the repair work was excellent. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service and how Steve treated me with respect and understanding. It made a difficult situation much less overwhelming, and for that I am very grateful. I would highly recommend Ferrari Collision Center to anyone who needs auto repair.
