The folks at 5th Dimension Collision were by far the best shop I dealt with to have the rear bumper on my 2016 VW Sportswagon repaired. The folks at the front desk upon arrival were very friendly. I only waited maybe 10 minutes and spoke with Brian.... who handled my initial estimate. Brian was totally professional. Showed me the estimate, while we were looking at my damaged car. He gave me various options on what could and could not be done, which definitely had a BIG impact on the cost of the repair. He was totally professional and clearly knew his repair work. The two other shops I went to were not very informative. Pretty much handed me an estimate sheet with little or no additional information Brian answered all my questions with detailed answers. All of which made clear sense. I have some experience with auto repair (not sooo much collision repair) but enough to understand Brian's answers. To be clear, the options Brian suggested varied the cost of the repair from close to $4000 to $2500. After some discussion with Brian, we agreed that the repair at the $2500 level was the best option for me based on very logical factors (age of the vehicle, type of damage, materials and labor costs) We discussed time frame for the repair, parts ordering etc. I took my VW in on Wednesday night (dropped it off after hours) They completed all the agreed repairs by 3pm on Friday. It looked brand new... excellent workmanship. AND... my car has NEVER been cleaner almost since it was new just driven off the lot. The "detailing" work was amazing. To summarize my experience with 5th Dimension Collision Repair: Great customer service (from EVERYONE) Expert professional workmanship Fair pricing Totally awesome detailing work on my car!

Everyone was kind and friendly. I came in unexpectedly and was taken care of fast. I couldn't be happier. Being in a wheelchair and only having one vehicle really has its limitations, so dealing with people who understand the inconvenience of no transportation is a blessing.
