Hello, We've been in conact with State Farm. The 2016 Jeep Gran Cherokee SRT has additional issues that still need repaired. The transmission is not shifting properly at all, which was not the case prior to the accident. I've updated State Farm, but yesterday they hadn't paid the invoice yet so they told us to wait until that cleared and then to reach out to see who you suggest to look at it. We've always used Crawford Transmission in the past, but State Farm said to reach out through you first.
