The experience that I had at Final Touch Auto Collision was absolutely amazing!!. When I first walked into the door I was greeted by Toni, she was very polite and offered water and espresso, I then sat down with Nick Bilotta who was extremely nice and welcoming. He Cared more about my health to see if I was feeling okay from the accident. That showed me that he truly saw me as a person and not somebody who’s just coming here to drop off a car. They truly make the whole process from beginning to end very smoothly. They handled all communication with the other party’s insurance company to receive a fair supplemental payout for proper repair of all damages. They assured me that they would use OEM (Original equipment from the manufacture) to repair my vehicle. They set me up with a rental car company very quick and always gave me updates on my vehicle. Not only was the repair done to my manufacturer standers, it exceeded my personal standards as well. Bottom line, it’s hard to come by a great body shop with many reviews online being paid or artificial, it’s hard to find a shop that can be trusted from the get-go. Such was not the case here at Final Touch Auto Collision. I highly recommend this body shop

You repaired a section of clear-coat on the right front fender without even my request; That was totally admiirable I HAVEN'TY YET DRIVEN THE CAR BUT SINCE BODY WORK WAS REQUIRED, i ASSUME THAT DRIVING IT IS NO PROBLEM, EXCELLENT WORK; THANKS ALLSTATE>>BOB

They do a great job and I know when I drop off my car , I can fully trust the job will be done in a completed in a good time and be 100 percent satisfied .I have used Final Touch a few times prior and would not think about going anywhere else. Everyone was amazing. Extremely helpful. They finished my car incredibly fast. They even went above and beyond and gave my car a full detail at no cost. I literally didn't even recognize my car, it looked like a brand new car from the dealer. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. 10/10
