Toni was great from start to finish!!! She answered all my questions and told me exactly what to expect and what I needed to do with my insurance company. She assured me that Final Touch was an Allstate repair shop, which made me feel very secure about my being repaired at Rudy's! I was upset that Allstate was going to make me take my car to a different shop, Yes, I am a long time customer for over 40 years.

Tons of damage from an accident and final touch had it back to me in 30 days. My car came out brand new beautiful and shiny. The customer service from Tony and Pete was the best . Without hesitation I would take my car back to final touch :)
