the women at the counter that were helping me, didn't seem to want to help. neither asked me if they could. I just stood there for several minutes thinking that they were going to wrap up their work & then help me, they didn't. when we were done, which I was confused on that point, because I wasn't told, OK, were are done, please have a seat & the next person will be out shortly to help you. the conversation just stopped & they went about working & talking to each other to the exclusion of me. I stood at the counter for several minutes wondering if there were more steps to the process, papers to be signed, or phone calls to be made, nothing! finally the person assessing the car came to the front desk & took it from there.

Service took a week longer than we were quoted. We were given several excuses. When all was said and done they didn't even even do the inspection that I had also requested. Have had nothing but problems with this service department.

Customer service was phenomenal. The claims adjuster John O'Halloran was very nice and professional.
