Even at the end of his working day, the person who helped me allowed me to wipe off the car by hand to see if all the hail damage was gone. They had cleaned the car, but it got rained on so we had to dry it off.

Our car is not repaired as professionally, hood installation has not been completed properly. Some screws falling out, don’t know where it belongs. active grille shutter is not as the others. The staff who was handing over the keys didn’t know or were not aware of what repairs done and not able to explain what repairs were done. Which is not helpful for a person who has no knowledge about car parts.

I was surprised by the number of additional claims (5) to insurance before the work was complete. Insurance estimated $2700. Total was $13,000+. If I had known up front, I would not have had the work done. I'm now expecting to be dropped by my insurance or have my rates skyrocket.
