Connor was the best! He single handedly made our experience a good one. He helped us navigate all the in's and outs of dealing with insurance and timelines of when and how things would be repaired on the Honda. I really hope he sticks around or is put in a position of leadership because he would ensure customers are taken care of. Oh and we live in Denver and are now willing to bring our honda back to boulder to be worked of because we know Connor will ensure it's done right. Tom

There was a complete lack of communication throughout the entire repair process. I was led to believe the cost of the repair was a fixed price, then presented with a much higher price upon completion. Additionally, I had to keep calling to check on the status of my car - nobody called me to tell me it was ready, or inform me about the increase in price for the repairs. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed and will be telling everyone to NOT go here.
