For the most part my experience was great. I really appreicated that you worked with Honda N. America to get half the hood repair replacement paid for as part of the safety recall. I was a little frustrated though, that replacing the clear bra was not part of the 50% deal, and that I was told a price well below what the actual cost ended up being.

The car was repaired at the body shop, unfortunately they forgot to plug a part in so the rear tailgate didn't open correctly. They fortunately were able to identify the issue quickly and plugged it in and now it works well.
