Communication was a serious issue. They had my vehicle for 13 days til I finally got a communication back. Finally got through and I found out no work had been done and no parts on order. The body shop said they hadn’t heard back from my insurance, insurance said the body shop hadn’t yet been in touch! Things only got rolling when I got upset and escalated to management on both sides
