Friendly people, but it took way too long to get in, they then kept my truck for weeks, and it cost 4 x the estimate given to my insurance company.

They were not able to tale my vehicle for repair for 3 weeks, thenmy vehicle for 3 more weeks just to change a bumper that did not need paintung. When I called for updates they either never called me back or it took days to get a status update.
