I have some scratches on my back bumper from a prior incident and asked that they be painted over at my own expense since those had nothing to do with the claim. I was told it was a simple matter and would be done at no charge. I called again a couple of days later to remind the shop about the scratches and was reassured that they would be taken care of. When I picked up my vehicle a week later that hadn’t happened. I was told I needed to purchase a paint pen from the parts department which I did. I feel that if a paint pen was required it should have been provided, given that my repair was nearly $4,000.00 and I was twice told that it would be taken care of. Naturally, I am disappointed that this wasn’t done as promised.

The paint job on the 2009 Civic restored its appearance to virtually new. The job was completed sooner than expected, the cost lower than the estimate, and the interior of the car was detailed immaculately. Quality work!

I couldn't be more pleased with both the collision and service departments. Connor Shivers was very professional throughout the repair process. He was able to coordinate with the service department to complete a recall on my vehicle before the collision repair. Fisher Honda was very gracious about providing me with a loaner vehicle for the duration. This is why I keep coming back to Fisher Honda for the past 21 years. Thank you!
