I have told everyone I know about Fishkill

I only wish there were a higher rating system. The repair was excellent (tail lamp assembly and bumper) and when I picked up my car (2015 Chrysler 300C) looked like as if it came directly from the showroom floor in 2015. Their technician cleaned the inside of the car, vacuumed the trunk AND cleaned up the engine compartment!!! I cannot express how impressed I am with the way they took care of my “baby” (yes, I am a “car guy”).

Jessica was very nice and Joe even offered to help me load my trunk when I picked up the car.

The car seems good, there was a lot of attention to detail when cleaning it inside and out. However, I did not receive any communication the entire time my car was there. I had to call 3 times to check the status of my vehicle. The lack of communication is frustrating.

I recommended them the last time I needed to take my car in. And I’ll be recommending them again after this second time.

This is the second time I’ve gone to Fishkill auto body for a repair. They are friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond to phone messages and emails. I chose them the second time because of what a great experience I had the first time. My car was done and looking as good as new in less time than they quoted me. Thank you!
