The repair work done was excellent. And there was so much extra that was done that I didn’t expect. The car was so clean on the outside, everything under the hood had been cleaned, the floor, the dash, the doors, all had been cleaned, even though this had nothing to do with the repair work. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations.

First let me say I am mostly happy with my experience and I’d hate for my response here to skew your overall numbers. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, honest, and attentive, and my car came out great. I just wish there had been more proactive communication from you during the weeks my car was there. I ended up calling a few times for status updates and two weeks in a row was told my car would be ready early the following week. I understand you guys were very busy (and, seeing the quality of your work, I can see why). But I would have much preferred to have been told that upfront and have the expectation set that my car would take a while.

Fishkill Auto Body did a fantastic job with my car. I don’t think it’s anyone’s dream to have to take their car to a body shop for repairs but the team at Fishkill Auto Body made the process as smooth and friendly as possible. When I got my car, I didn’t even recognize it at first — it looked so nice! Honestly, it looked better than when I bought it! Just an amazing team of kind and genuine people who are really good at what they do. They went above and WAYYY beyond for me and I will be telling everyone I know who is in need of an auto body shop, to go to them for a great service and a place they can trust. Only thing I would recommend is if you say you will call back at a specific time or by a time, I would do it. So the customer doesn’t have to call wondering later. Other than that. Car looks great! Thank you.

The guys at Fishkill Autobody were incredibly professional, communicative, and kept me updated every step of the way. I have used them twice and both times I was very impressed with the quality of the work.. I also love the quality of their detailing, which made my vehicle look like it was in showroom condition.
