The paint job look beautiful. I was also impressed with the condition of the car when I picked it up. The outside was washed beautifully and the inside was very clean. They even put air in my tires. They took care and resetting the sensors and other settings in the car.

Extra paint and adhesive on car needed to be removed at pick up. Car seat settings needed to be restored and speed control setting turned off.

The factor I appreciate most might be comfortableness, if that’s a word, LOL. Everything about them speaks that language. Underneath their spectacular auto repair craftsmanship is, I’m convinced, possible design-level creativity and engineering. And the customer facing front personnel are just too competent and kind; a special shout-out to Ms Jennifer who has all the calm (aka chill) one needs when an auto calamity disrupts normalcy. Excellent communication and delivered a couple days early. Wish they repaired the two small dings in the tailgate but not part of the damage from the tree.
