Work requires rework but I lack confidence in 5 Star I was charged for a bed cap that wasn’t replaced. I had to go back on my day off to get the new one. After initially installing and returning my truck the tonneau cover was not correctly reinstalled. The truck had to go back in to get the cover adjusted. Based on this experience, I lack confidence in workmanship and quality control of this shop.

The work performed was great, hopefully this will not happen again so I won’t have to visit again. No pun intended. The support level was top notch, really enjoyed the day of pick up. The team in the front office did a very good job of taking care of our paperwork.
