The adjuster Jillian Hill was very professional and knowlegeabe. She made the entire process painless. It was done on time and delivered as promised and was made to look like nothing had ever happened. I couldn't have been happier. And the valet treatment when I picked it up was awesome. Your service was excellent. I was not as happy with Enterprise, as I waited about 45 minutes for them to pick me up. Then when I got to their shop I waited another 30 minutes to get a car. Since this was a scheduled appointment I think that is excessive time to wait. Please let them know their service was less than acceptable. Thank you.
