I have used 5 star in the past and told my insurance company that I like their work and prefer to use them.They are one of the Best Auto Body shop in the AV...They are great!

Apparently there was work that wasn't completed.I asked Mike why wasn't it included.He stated the Insurance company indicated that it was pre-existing which it wasn't..I would have had the insurance company which was Geico make the adjustment at that time.Now I'm going back and forth with them(Geico) which is probably going to get fixed but It requires me bringing my car back again to 5 star to get the work completed.Which is an inconvenience to me.

Don’t bother contacting me- worst experience ever ALL this company cares about is GEICO insureds.. I have. Come to this facility in the past but won’t in the future. Terrible follow up and car was given to me with scratches in the exact area you supposedly fixed. It was clear to me my business didn’t matter- no problem -won’t EVER get it again.
