Love the work done on my car, but wish I’d been consulted about need for wheel lock etc. rather than finding my console and glove box in disarray when I got my car back. Otherwise thank you for the attention to detail and excellent repair work completed. The process was painless for me other than the hour needed after the repair to find anything, get settings re-set etc.

Very accommodating. Mike went out of his way. He gave me a ride to Enterprise when Geico had given me wrong information about the rental car being at at the repair shopshop ready for me. He also came in an hour early. Geico said the shop opened at 9:00 am. It did not open until 10:00

I would like to start my review off by saying Five Star is absolutely amazing! My Husbands Car was in need of some body work after he had an incident on his way home from work that ended up needing have a claim filed through our Geico Insurance. Our claims Rep Alex who works for Geico had let us know Five Star would be handling our claim and doing the body repairs for my husbands Evo. And let me tell you they did not disappoint! his car had some really good deep dents and scratches on rear passenger side which was located at the rear door and rear fender, also there was noticeable damage on the top of his car. When Five Star got his car in and worked some serious magic on the car she looked so clean absolutely beautiful! to me personally she looked like a whole new car to use, no ugly dents or scratches they made sure to match his unique color of paint that he has on the car. Brandon was the rep who worked with us every step of the way. They kept us informed gave a great time line for the work to be completed, he always made sure to give proper time and focus on any of my questions and or concerns, he was even honest if he didn't have the answer to my question he would be sure to find the answer and get right back to me, which he did he was very prompt no judgment never once became frustrated and or impatient with my 101 questions I had he was always very patient while working through our claim process this is one place I did not find myself concerned with having our car. Brandon was also very kinds and understanding with us when it came time to pay our detectable, for our insurance claim. I mean honestly most places barley communicate with you let alone keep you very well informed. I would recommend anyone who is in need of paint and or body work for any car they may have. Five star went really far and beyond what most companies do for any customer, I also appreciated how honest and trust worthy they had made me feel, I did not feel pressured and or uncomfortable in anyway, this was a company I did not feel like I needed my husband with me while undergoing the work being done. I truly hope Geico Continues to go through Five start for future business because for the first time in history I was happy with the end results customer service open communication and actually felt happy with paying for my car insurance and detectable for work needed on our car. Thank you so much five star for giving my husband and I the same respect and value of our time as customers as you guys who are performing the services your team went above and beyond what many other companies do not do, thank you for showing pride and love for what you do it really does show because again the evo looks stunning! any company who shows that much pride and value deserves high volumes of business.
