Repair is cut rate repair. Rivits not shot right. Sharp edges that can cut you. Paint has blemishes in it. Wheel re finish has runs. Absolutely horrible quality. Addressed with manager and was told that's how its done and approved from Ford.

Truck looks ok… although I have to come back in 3 weeks for some sanding and buffing due to paint run. I mean I’m not getting paid to come back and have the job completed but you guys get a B+ for effort I guess !

They’re called Five Star Collision for a reason. From start to finish, the customer service was great. Nathan communicated updates and explained everything that was done to the car to get it fixed. They even washed and cleaned my car! My grandmother had her car serviced at this location before, and she had such a great experience that it left a lasting impression on me. Even though I live in Austin, TX, I knew this was the place I wanted to bring my car when it needed work. The quality of service and care they provide is unmatched—I can’t recommend this place enough!
