They took longer than they said they would. They didn’t update me when something went wrong unless I called them. My windows won’t lock now which is unsafe because I have 2 small children. I also had a small black Tesla trash can in my car and it was no longer in my car when I picked it up.

I cannot rave enough about your service and skills. My truck is so electronic and every setting was put back better than I delivered it to the shop!!! Kind, thorough and detail oriented were visible. Why go to a non dealer body shop when Five Star really stands behind the entire experience. I wasn’t a number in the que I was a valued customer and I will always go back. I've never been disappointed with the quality of the work performed at Five Star Collision but the time it takes the complete the repairs could be better. I understand about supply chain issues but the updates I received for completion were not accurate

I’ve just them for repairs on other vehicles in the past, but seems like the quality of workmanship has declined why prices have increased.

Need to do a better job on evaluating the finish product and not just push anything back to the customer and blame it on the insurance companies. So basically do the job right the 1st time and not waste time for business and the company.
