The paperwork wasn’t fully completed correctly by your office so I was not invoiced for part of the repair and was threatened with collections before even talking to anyone about clarifying the amount due.

From the start of scheduling an appointment to take my vehicle in it was a great experience. All the staff I interacted with was polite and courteous. They were explained the process and made me feel very comfortable asking questions if I was unsure of something. Their response was always positive and gave me the answers without hesitation. The repair for my vehicle was completed quickly and they kept me updated the whole time. The work was great and the customer service was also excellent.

Amazing customer service from start to finish! Sophia at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process.
