I’m giving a 10 only because of how they returned my car (better than I had it, including the chipping paint on top of my roof) and Sophia. She’s literally an angel. I was so nervous about my car and she made sure I was informed everytime I called and answered all my questions. Only dislike— I was told I would be informed every step of the way but I had to stalk the link they sent me originally. I didn’t receive a call when it was done. I got a “I was JUST going to call you” 🙄 amazing work and amazing Sophia. Not the best communication from the gentleman :/

Repairs done very well and all of the employees here are incredibly sweet. I was very nervous of judgement or not knowing what to do as it’s my first time handling this on my own and they were incredibly helpful and patient and not judgmental at all. Would recommend to friends and family.
