I am reticent to give any final review becuase new problems keep emerging as a result of the repair. When I first picked up the car, I noticed an alert about the charging door. I immediately drove back to the Fix, and they said it would go away by itself. I am REALLY surprised you gave me the car becuase when you started the car, it wouldn't start, there is a notice that pops up on the screen says it won't start and wont charge based on the issue. But I left, becuase you said it would go away, and the problem did not go away, and I had to take 2+ hours out of my day coming back to you to have it actually fixed correctly. That problem was fixed. Then on Saturday (a bad day to have an issue) my rear car door, the one you replaced, would not close, the window became inoperable, it would not go down, allowing you to close the door, making the car not drivable. Finally, after a while of resetting the car, the window finally went down, but it is not working; it is 3/4 down, but the car is drivable. On a positive note, Stephanie at the front desk is amazing.

The automated system is pretty good, though at the end it did not tell me that the car would not be ready. I called at 2 pm for a 4 pm pick up to find out the car would not be ready until Monday. Stephanue was great to speak to and set everything up.
