I had a great experience with Fix Auto Brea! They repaired my Tesla in a timely manner and made the entire process stress-free. Great repair work done. Only minor issue was not letting me know prior to pick-up date that final insurance payment hadn’t been received. Could have taken care of that earlier.

Ocean and Lauren were wonderful throughout the process. I really appreciated their regular updates, responsiveness, and professionalism. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, and I’m truly grateful for the work the team did. The only thing I missed was Carlos. I know he’s moved into a different role, but his personal check-in calls always made the experience feel extra special. Overall, another outstanding experience with Fix Auto Brea.

Everyone was super helpful and very accommodating. I dropped off my car for diagnosis, and they were kind enough to let me pick it up while the parts were on order before bringing it back to complete the repair. Great communication and service throughout the process.
