Chris, Carlos, and Lauren were all exceptional—professional, communicative, and genuinely kind. They immediately got my car into the repair queue, and although the work was labor-intensive, they were strategic in how they managed it. By focusing on repairs rather than unnecessary part replacements, they helped avoid potential delays and got my car back to me far sooner than expected (even though I was originally told it could take 2–3 weeks). The entire process was seamless and stress-free, especially since they worked directly with the insurance company. As someone with a new car, this was the last situation I wanted to be in—but thanks to this incredible team, the outcome exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful for their care, skill, and professionalism. Highly recommend.

I will NEVER use Fix Auto again. I will be filing my complaint with Tesla as well. They over-promise and under-deliver. Poor communication and customer service skills. Lacked the professionalism and attention to detail I was expecting. One of my tires even had a nail in it when I got home from the shop. Worst auto body repair experience.
