I was not thrilled that there is a 3% fee to pay with my credit card. To reduce the amount of fee, I paid $759.09 in cash and charged $3000 on my credit card. That is an extra $90 on my part. Staff takes a long time to count the money manually and she did it wrong initially and needs my help to assist her counting the coins. If the office said it accepts payment in cash, I recommend having a machine to count the money so staff can be more efficient in doing this task. Because of the fee, I am not sure if I can recommend this location for a friend.

The receptionist was friendly, helpful and efficient. She called rental pick up in advance and the driver was readily available to give me a ride from the shop to the rental agency. Great service!
