’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the repair work done on my car. After picking it up, it was immediately obvious that the newly replaced body part does not match the rest of the vehicle’s color. The difference is noticeable even in normal lighting, which is unacceptable for a professional body shop. I trusted this shop to restore my car to its original condition, but instead, I’m left with a mismatched panel that actually makes the car look worse than before. Proper color matching is a basic expectation in auto body repair, and the fact that this was overlooked shows a lack of attention to detail and quality control. To make matters worse, there was no proactive communication about any potential issues with matching the paint. I only discovered the problem upon pickup, which was both frustrating and disappointing.
