I went back to get help ,my steering wheel it’s out of place eventually I did an additional 4 heel alignment but I still have the problem,I went for a test drive I mentioned the issue but I was told it’s something that I’m making up. I’m not happy how I was treated i still Have the car with this problem. I hope this could help so you could listen to your clients.

The people were very kind. I was given the impression it could be ready before the due date. At the end, however, the pick up day kept being moved back. I felt like others were being prioritized over my car. Dennis, Lauren & Carlos were very nice and professional in their demeanor.

Front was not put together properly. Been having issues ever since picking it up and finally got an appointment at Tesla and they confirmed. Also a wire got knocked loose or forgot to be plugged in causing a hardware issue. Please contact me asap to fix this.
