When my wife Turns right the wheel rubs the side of the car we mention it to the repair facility when we picked it up and they said they had to resubmit it for some odd reason to the insurance company and we haven’t heard a thing yet and it’s been about five days other than that the car looks great

Concerns with your office staff and ability present a car post repair in good shape is very disappointing. I have already i formed the insurance company to not recommend other repairs at store since poor quality of quality for customer pick up. Lots of work for the operations to improve.

Repair team left paper from spray paint in car along with parts and i had to ask employee why they were left in car. Also the inside if car had layer of dirt and dust from repair and had to ask employees to wipe down seats and inside of car. Very disappointing to see lack of quality to prepare vehicle for pick up by customer.
