Very dishonest people to deal with . They did not let me know that my car had hail damages because they had it outside of the shop during the storm. They just lost a customer due to poor excuses , me and my family will never return to that company.

I was incredibly insulted by staff when I was paying. Even after my bank had said there would be no problem with my check clearing they refused to take it because of my supposed connection to "fraud". Finally the estimator after about 40 minutes insisted to the others to take it. It was incredibly insulting and I have never gone through anything like it. My banker assured them it would be paid and they still refused. They had my banker and knew that I had given the bank my social security number and PIN. And they had my drivers license with picture and same name as on check and the accident report and insurance company data etc. Except for Mike they should be fired. I am telling everyone to stay away from these incredibly insulting people. They acted like I was on police wanted list
