I was stressed when I picked up the car. My bank card had been hacked and I couldn't use it. My one credit card was maxed out. You won't accept checks. I was so angry! I had to drive to Wells Fargo to get cash. It almost made me late for a Dr appointment. I am so angry I can't even look at the work you did. I will definitely never come back to you for repair work.

I was very angry when I came in to pick up my car because you do not accept personal checks, regardless of the issue. My bank card was hacked and the bank froze it. My credit card was maxed out. The counter people were totally unsympathetic. No compassion whatsoever. Just " no checks." I had to go to the bank, wait for it to open, stand in line and get the cash. I was almost late for a doctor appointment. It was a very unpleasant experience. Consequently I didn't even look at the repair. I see now that it was done well. But I won't be back. You lost my business.

I know it's your policy not to accept checks. I think it's a bad policy. But it is what it is. However the two women at the counter were completely unsympathetic to my problem. My bank card had been hacked and was locked. My credit card was maxed out. All I had was my checking account. They were cold and kept repeating, "no checks." I had to go to Wells Fargo, wait for them to open, and cash a check to bring cash back. When I walked in the door the woman at the front insulted me by reaching over her computer and tapping the "no checks" sign. Good grief! Rub salt in the wound. I left there very angry and I doubt that I will ever be back. A little sympathy and some kind words usually go a long way to soothe an angry customer.

The experience was fantastic even though the circumstances were not great! They did a phenomenal job on my car and even recommended a replacement mirror which was not part of the original order but it was a long time concern that was finally taken care of. My car looks like new again and I love it!
