I was amazed since after I filed my complain on 5/15, my insurance notified me that I can drop by the shop of my choice, Auto Fix for estimates which I did. A week later, got a text to schedule with AF to drop off my car and was advised to bring this on 5/27. And on Friday 5/29, got a noticed that my car is already done. Got my car and was satisfied with the results. Kudos to Auto Fix for the job well done and shout out especially to Mike who is very helpful and accommodating.

The body work looks great, but I have no idea what you guys did to the inside of my car. I don’t understand how I got it back worse then I gave it to you guys. Did you blow your noise on a towel then wipe the INSIDE of all my windows with it? They were awful! I have OCD and always had my windows pretty clean. And why did you vacuum in the back of my car??? No one ever goes back there and it didn’t need your cheap vacuum there, which left dust bunnies everywhere. It really makes me question what you all were doing in the inside of my car.

Fix Auto is the ONLY place I will have repair my vehicles. I have used this company multiple times in te past and they never disappoint. Mike is amazing and always keeps you updated throughout entire process. He was so kind to help transfer all my belongings from my rental back to my car while I was signing paperwork.
