The body work looks great, but I have no idea what you guys did to the inside of my car. I don’t understand how I got it back worse then I gave it to you guys. Did you blow your noise on a towel then wipe the INSIDE of all my windows with it? They were awful! I have OCD and always had my windows pretty clean. And why did you vacuum in the back of my car??? No one ever goes back there and it didn’t need your cheap vacuum there, which left dust bunnies everywhere. It really makes me question what you all were doing in the inside of my car.

Great service…. Wonderful communication. This is the second time in 4 months my car was in an accident (both times not my fault!). The fist time my car was totaled. Fix Auto staff could not have been any nicer. This month my car was rear ended. My brand new BMW looks brand new again after the damage was repaired by FIX Auto. I would definitely use them again- I hope I don’t need them, ever.!!! In highly recommended FIX Auto.

Even though the repair took a little longer than what was estimated i couldn't have been more happy with the result. Not only did the repair look as if nothing happen to the driver's door, everything matched. The car looked the same as when I bought it in 2019 and they cleaned both the insode of the car ( vacuumed and washed the car ) Fix Auto employees were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If I ever encounter a situation like this again my first choice for repairs will be Fix Auto of Buena Park. Thank you again Rick
