I felt so embarrassed, depression, worried, violated, due to my car being hit for the third time. I was embarrassed having to deal with my insurance and having to get the car repaired.. Each time the car was damage, it wasn’t me.I didn't have to find a repair shop due to each time the car was hit it was repaired @ fixed auto. Hunter Tim, fixed Auto staff are awesome!!! Customer service Excellent!!!. Oh and, their very well on point repairing damage to vehicle. Their efficient, very detailed, experts.. I always leave there very happy! Thank you Hunter and staff!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Fix auto Capital city. After calling several auto body shops and being told it would be a month and a half before they could start working on my truck and another month and a half for repairs I called Fix Auto. I spoke to Hunter and he told me I could bring my truck in the next day. Not only did he say he could start working on it immediately but it might only take 2 weeks to a month for the repairs depending on parts availability. I was very happy with the way I was treated when I dropped off my truck. Hunter was great at keeping me informed of the progress of the repairs. Hunter always took my calls and answered any questions. Unfortunately there were delays on some parts and Hunter let me know and always apologized even though it was no fault of his own. After not being able to get a bracket Hunter told me he would buff and wax the entire truck even the parts he didn’t repair. The bracket was harder to to find then originally thought so to make it up to me he said he would clean the inside of my truck and my truck is a work truck and the inside was a mess. Again he did this to make up for something that wasn’t his fault. The icing on the cake was when Hunter offered to drive the truck to a Fix Auto in Orangevale which is where I live. Saving me the trouble of driving across town to pick it up. Their professionalism was off the chart. If I ever need body work I know where I’m taking it and you should to. Thank you Hunter and Fix Auto.

Tim was very knowledgeable and kept me updated at every step. He always accepted my phone calls and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job with the repair of my vehicle, it is back to perfect and you would never be able to tell someone ran into the front fender. I highly recommend Fix Auto!!
