I had a great experience getting my car repaired after a minor accident. Tim was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They repaired the damage, painted the car beautifully, and everything looks great. I was especially impressed with how quickly the work was completed. Repair was good ignoring my desire to be notified of any changes in repair order totals a 2 as my wishes were completely ignored. All communication once my car was left for repairs were completely and totally ignored. Unacceptable especially I made my feelings very well known at the start of the repair.

Lack of communication once I dropped off my car when there was something to be said to me, and it was not about Nissan and the almost $500 to be charged for checking the safety after the repair. This company has worked with Nissan before they should have communicated as I had requested, they did not.
