I would have gave you a 10,but you cut my bed liner and didn't put back the two bed plugs on the right and left side in the liner corners. Also I would have liked to get my ladder holders on old rack.

When i first went to pick up the car, the wheel was not repaired, the fender was not straight and the car was not ready. The second time i went, the fender had red overspray on it, the passenager seat was filthy and my car had been driven over 50miles on sports mode ( i always leave it on comfort mode), gas tank was left empty from 1/2 tank full when they got it. Seems like the people at this place arent very professional. The only person that tried her best was the front desk person name cecelia but she was almost clueless as to all things that were going on.
