Everyone was friendly from the day I dropped off my vehicle and when I picked up my vehicle. I was kept informed about the status at all times. I think I got my vehicle back pretty fast. The body work looks amazing. I was happy with the finished product.

The Fix Auto team was great! This has been the best experience we have ever had with an auto repair shop of any kind. The customer service was excellent and their technicians do outstanding work. The car was beautiful when they returned it and it drove like new.

Completely dissatisfied. They said that they would fix issues, and confirmed that they did, when they did not. Currently going to another body shop and paying out of pocket AFTER my insurance paid $2,400 and I paid $500 cash.

Well, the staff was nice and the work was done in a high-quality manner. I end up concluding that the price was considerably above what the Tesla operation in Burridge would have cost. Well, I cannot be perfectly accurate on that if it is true you should be aware that Tesla will eventually take this business away from you.. so my comments are not a criticism as much as they are a question for you to answer that could help your business in the long-term thank you very much
