From beginning to end the customer service was amazing. Denise was very friendly and helpful with what normally would be a stressful situation. Hernan was very attentive to detail from beginning to end. I appreciate that Hernan took the time to walk me through the repairs both before and after and the time he took to discuss parts options. The process of getting my car repaired was very smooth from the moment Ig contacted Fix Auto. For context, the car is 5 months old and I was rear-ended while fully stopped at a stop sign. So making sure the car would get back to it's original and mostly brand new status was a concern. Both Hernan and the front desk lady (Amanda I believe?) Where extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They were also extremely reassuring and put me at ease from the first minute I walked on the shop. The almost daily updates on car repair status were great and gave me a sense of ease and trust. Also the car was fixed an all week ahead of the estimated date, which was an extremely pleasant surprise. Hernan took the time to walk me through and explain the repair procedure and we both inspected the car. I really appreciate his calm demeanor and knowledge and the fact he was not rushing. If at any time I need any service on my car that is not provided by Lexus I'll certainly contact Fix Auto Chicago. Thank you for your great service. Also having a life time warranty on your services shows me that you have your clients back AND most importantly trust the quality of the services you provide.

It was a pleasure to work with FixAuto, Chicago. The staff was super professional, helpful and knowledgeable. My car is 5 months old and was hit while on a stop sign. So I was very apprehensive at first, but Hernan's professionalism put me at ease and I couldn't be happier. The daily text updates are very reassuring, and to my surprise the car was ready 5 days before the estimated date. If I did not know, I wouldn't be able to tell the car was repaired. Hernan patiently walked me through the repairs, and answered all my questions. I will definitively recommend this shop!... and the fact that they throw a lifetime warranty on their repairs, speaks volumes regarding the thrust they put on their work and their care for the clients.
