I really appreciate how fast my vehicle got fixed way head of time. 11 days ahead of schedule. Denise and Hernan were very informative and responsive with all of my questions and I truly appreciate getting all the updates on my vehicle throughout the process. Initial estimate was 1/3 what the real estimate was. Then inflated estimate then another estimate. Johnnny with unorofessionalist and attitude can’t be respectful to women. I was afraid he was going to hit me when I went to pick up my vehicle

I was explained the process and repairs well. Staff was friendly and responsive. I think sooner appointment would be ideal. I think I showed my car in mid August and soonest appointment was 9/11. I understand that repairs are busy. Great staff!
