The moment I entered the shop (Fullerton branch), I immediately felt relief and welcomed. There are some shops that's all about just fixing the car and not caring about customer service which is kind of great but CUSTOMER SERVICE is a big factor to customer satisfaction. From the interaction with staff, the daily updates of my car's status until the very moment I picked it up, it was superb! My car is as good as new and looks amazing! Thank you for taking care of me and my car~ :) Excellent job team!

This is the second time I have used Fix Auto to repair my cars , a 2021 Lexus and a 2025 Lexus. Both times Hernan was my contact person. I am impressed by his professional attitude and attention to detail. I also impressed by the entire Fix Auto staff (Denise) who kept me informed of the progress. Excellent all round! From day one to pick up. Great communication every day and the repair was great and reasonably priced. They also set up Enterprise for me to come get me and drop me off!! They really are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!
