Daiane and Hernan were great to work with, answering tons of questions I had for them and trying to help troubleshoot with Tesla, when they were taking forever to approve our quote, which was very much appreciated. The only thing keeping this from being a 10 was that there wasn't much availability for dropping off the car to start the repairs and then took a couple of weeks for repairs to be completed (though this matched the estimate given, which I appreciate), so the overall process was longer than we were hoping. But that has nothing to do with the team, who were all great to work with

Fix Auto was fantastic to work with. They were extremely nice in the shop. Kept you updated the whole time they had the vehicle and did an amazing job. The car was even cleaned upon pickup which is just next level service. I’d highly recommend and use them for anything I need in the future.
