Repeateedly took 5-10 attempts at calling the office during business hours to get someone to answer the phone. My estimated pick-up time was reached and I called the office 15 times that day to try to confirm my vehicle was ready for pickup. Finally on the 15th call when I reached a person, he told me he doesn't kbow if the car was ready, I had to ask him multiple times to please go ask someone in the shop if it was ready. He called me back over 2 hours later saying yes it has been done and was in the parking lot. He told me if I wasn't there in less than 10 minutes, that he was closing and I could not get my car (this was at 4.15pm when the location doesn't close until 5:00pm). When I got there to pickup my vehicle. The front office employee asked me to sign a few invoices and contracts, but I checked them all and they were not for my vehicle or for my name. I had to point it out to him and he didn't believe me until I circled the name with a pen... Both my interactions with James was great and the actual work to the car was nicely done, but dealing with the front office was a nightmare and unfortunately will push me to check out another option of a shop if I need work done in the future.

Excellent and fast service! Very nice staff too. Great communication and went above and beyond for my vehicle. Not only did they fix the paint where the damage occurred, but they touched up other scuff marks on my car which I did not expect and they cleaned it :) when you've been in an accident and it's already a stressful situation, you definitely want to be in good hands of people who do not add to the stress and this was exactly it. Highly recommend.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service. I was told conflicting time frames as to when my car would be available. They were not upfront with how long they were going to have my car. The front desk staff was unhelpful and never seemed to know what was going on with my vehicle. I had to call multiple times to receive an update
