Thank you so much for a great experience. It was my first time dealing with an accident and needing to go through the repair process. Your team made the process easy to understand and reduced my anxiety over not knowing what to expect. Alexis was so helpful from the first encounter, explaining the process to me, taking the time to explain each step. I got regular update texts along the way and the car was ready several days ahead of the schedule. brought my car to Fix Auto Costa Mesa for repairs, and I left feeling completely unsure whether the job was done properly or honestly. When I picked up my car earlier today, one of the emblems that was supposed to be replaced wasn’t even attached. It was just sitting loose. That alone made me question their attention to detail. Worse, I later discovered that my tail light isn’t working—which was one of the very things they were supposed to fix! It’s incredibly frustrating and also unsafe to realize this while driving, especially after trusting a certified repair shop to handle things thoroughly. I expected professional work, and instead I’m left wondering what else was overlooked or done halfway. I’ll be following up, but I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this shop based on my experience.
